FRANK KELLER
Frank Keller, geboren 1972 in Singen, wohnhaft in Rottweil ist ein Deutscher Portrait Fotograf der intensiv in Europa und Asien arbeitet. Bevor er anfing zu fotografieren, war Frank fasziniert von der Renaissance sowie deren Künstlern und verbrachte viel Zeit in Museen und las Biografien. Er wurde Fotograf im Selbststudium, beeinflusst von Joe McNally mit dem er 2009 eine Photosession in Venedig durchführte. Seine Inspiration sich auf Portraits zu spezialisieren kam eines Abends während des Chinesischen Neujahrsfest 2008 in Pattaya's Altstadt. Frank Keller "Ich sah diesen Jungen der in der Nudelküche seiner Mutter stand, und es machte einfach "klick". Es war als ob er mir sagen wollte: Schau mich an und erkenne den Menschen hinter dem Gesicht." Zwischenzeitlich hat Frank eine große Anzahl an Serien erstellt – manche in natürlicher Umgebung, manche in gestaltetem Umfeld.

Frank Keller, born 1972 in Singen, is a German portrait photographer who is working extensively in Europe and Asia. Before becoming a photographer, Frank always had a fascination for the Renaissance and it's artists and spend a lot of time visiting museums and reading biographies. He is both self-taught and influenced by Joe McNally together with whom he attended a photo session in Venice in 2009. His inspiration to focus on people photography came one evening when he was shooting scenery during Chinese New Year 2008 in Pattaya's old town. Frank says "I saw this young boy looking at me from his mothers noodle shop, and it made 'click', literally. It was as if he was trying to tell me to really look at him and realize the human behind the face." In the meantime Frank has produced many series of portraits – some in natural environments and some in designed scenarios.
